About

Sunny Junk Removal is a locally owned hauling company based in the Phoenix area that serves Surprise and nearby communities. It removes furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste and construction debris. Its clean-out work covers whole houses, garages, estates, hoarder homes, evictions and moves. The company also does light demolition, removes hot tubs and sheds, offers local moving and delivery, and stages furniture for homes being sold or rented.

The crew can take items from inside a home, a garage, a backyard, a storage unit or the curb. They sort what they collect for donation, recycling or disposal. Estimates are based on volume, and same-day or next-day pickup is often available. It may suit families clearing a parent's home or someone preparing a property for sale.
