Hoarding cleanup in Phoenix

Joe's AZ BIO Cleanup & Restoration

Biohazard cleanup company, Tempe

Tempe-based biohazard cleanup and restoration company handling hoarding, trauma and unattended death cleanups across the Phoenix area.

About

Joe's AZ BIO Cleanup & Restoration is a family-owned biohazard cleanup company based in Tempe. It works across the Phoenix metro area. Its work includes hoarding cleanup, heavily soiled living spaces, unattended death and trauma scenes, infectious disease cleaning, and fentanyl and meth residue removal. It also removes odors and does surface testing.

The company holds a contractor licence, so after it removes contaminated flooring, drywall or cabinets, the same team can rebuild and repaint until the home can be lived in again. It says it answers calls 24/7 and aims to be on site within two to three hours. It uses unmarked vehicles, bills insurance directly in most cases and tests surfaces and air on every job at no charge. It may suit families clearing a home after a death or in very unsanitary conditions, and property managers who need cleanup and repairs handled by one company.
