Hoarding cleanup in Phoenix

Pyramid Junk Removal

Hauling company, Phoenix area

Family-run junk removal and cleanout company based in Gilbert, serving the East Valley and Phoenix.

About

Pyramid Junk Removal is a father-and-son hauling business based in Gilbert. It takes away furniture, appliances, electronics, hot tubs, scrap, yard waste and construction debris. It also clears out whole spaces, including estates, garages, attics, sheds, storage units, foreclosures and hoarder homes. The company says it recycles or donates items where it can rather than sending everything to the dump.

To get a quote, customers text or upload up to three photos of the items. The company then sends a free estimate and arranges a time for removal. Pricing is based on load size, from a minimum load up to a large load. Same-day or next-day service is offered. The company works in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and Apache Junction, for both homes and businesses.

Questions to ask before you hire

  • How do you involve the person who lives in the home, and what happens if they want to stop?
  • Will the same crew be there every day, and who is my contact?
  • Do you handle mold, pests or animal waste yourselves, or bring in a specialist?
  • How do you treat documents, photos, medication and valuables you find?
  • Is the quote a fixed price for the whole job, and what could change it?
