Questions to ask before you hire

• Do you sort for donation and resale, or does everything go to the landfill?
• Is the quote a fixed price for the whole home, and what could change it?
• What do you do with documents, photos and valuables you find?
• Can you finish before the closing or lease date, and will you leave the home broom clean?
• Are you insured, and can you send proof before the job starts?
