Anubis Hazmat LLC

Home services company, Dunedin

Dunedin-based biohazard remediation company offering hoarding cleanup, haul-away, deep cleaning and trauma cleanup across Florida.

About

Anubis Hazmat is a family-owned biohazard and remediation company based in Dunedin. Its hoarding work combines clutter and trash removal, sometimes using several large dumpsters, with deep cleaning and disinfection using EPA-approved products, followed by help organizing the home. It also handles cleanouts ordered by city or state authorities, plus crime scene, unattended death, rodent, sewage and infectious disease cleanup.

Each job starts with an OSHA-required safety assessment and cross-contamination controls. The company says it adjusts the plan to the household's needs and budget. It gives a no-obligation written estimate after seeing the site, and it says its work is often covered by homeowners insurance. Emergency service runs 24/7, and no one needs to be at the property while the work is done. It suits families dealing with a home that has health or safety hazards as well as clutter.
