Questions to ask before you hire

• How do you involve the person who lives in the home, and what happens if they want to stop?
• Will the same crew be there every day, and who is my contact?
• Do you handle mold, pests or animal waste yourselves, or bring in a specialist?
• How do you treat documents, photos, medication and valuables you find?
• Is the quote a fixed price for the whole job, and what could change it?
