How a job runs

1. Book a free Zoom consultation, usually 15 to 30 minutes, to agree on a plan, budget and timeline.
2. Organizers sort and group the belongings in the space.
3. The client goes through the grouped items and chooses what to keep.
4. The team plans the space, sources containers and sets up labeled systems.
5. A final walkthrough explains the systems, and adjustments are made if needed.

Questions to ask before you hire

• Do you work alongside me, or can you work while I am out?
• Do you charge by the hour or by the project, and is there a minimum?
• Do you take donations and recycling away, or is that left to me?
• Have you worked with situations like mine before, such as a move, a new baby or a parent downsizing?
