Hoarding cleanup in Denver

Jolly Junk Removal

Hauling company, Castle Rock

Castle Rock-based junk removal company doing full-service estate, hoarding and house cleanouts across the Denver Metro area.

About

Jolly Junk Removal is a locally owned hauling company based in Castle Rock that has served the Denver Metro area since 2019. It runs estate and hoarding cleanouts as full-service jobs. The crew does the lifting, moving, loading and hauling, so items do not need to be put out at the curb first. It also clears houses, garages, basements, attics and storage units, and does light demolition.

Prices depend on how much space a load takes up in the truck. The crew gives a free quote on site before starting work, and same-day appointments are often possible. For estate work involving a deceased relative, a trustee or the owner of the belongings has to be there. The service suits families who need a home or estate emptied quickly and want a fixed quote before work begins.

Questions to ask before you hire

  • How do you involve the person who lives in the home, and what happens if they want to stop?
  • Will the same crew be there every day, and who is my contact?
  • Do you handle mold, pests or animal waste yourselves, or bring in a specialist?
  • How do you treat documents, photos, medication and valuables you find?
  • Is the quote a fixed price for the whole job, and what could change it?
