Hoarding cleanup in Denver

Jolly Junk

Hauling company, Englewood

Jolly Junk is an Englewood-based junk removal company doing estate, hoarding and house cleanouts across the Denver metro area.

About

Jolly Junk is a junk removal and hauling company based in Englewood that works across the Denver metro area. Its work includes estate cleanouts, hoarding cleanouts and whole-house cleanouts, along with garage, basement, attic and storage unit cleanouts, furniture and appliance removal, and light demolition. The crew does all the lifting, loading and hauling, and items can be collected from inside the home, so nothing needs to be moved to the curb first.

Customers book a two-hour arrival window by phone or online, and the company calls when the crew is on its way. Once on site, the crew looks over the job and gives a free quote based on how much truck space the items will take. Work starts after the customer approves the quote. The crew sweeps up afterward. Same-day appointments are often available. The company suits families who need a home cleared out rather than sorted or organized.

Listed for

This is a hauling company. It is listed because it offers this work as a service of its own, not for general junk removal.

Questions to ask before you hire

  • How do you involve the person who lives in the home, and what happens if they want to stop?
  • Will the same crew be there every day, and who is my contact?
  • Do you handle mold, pests or animal waste yourselves, or bring in a specialist?
  • How do you treat documents, photos, medication and valuables you find?
  • Is the quote a fixed price for the whole job, and what could change it?
